The launch of the new Pickup truck from the company called Foton is soon going to start selling in the Nepali-Auto market. Foton ‘Tunland’ is an incredible pickup brought to the Nepali market by the MAW Group.

Introductions

Started in China in 1996, Foton has been manufacturing large, small, and medium trucks, pickups, buses, and construction equipment. Thus, the sale of Tunland Pickup created by the company is soon going to start here in Nepal as well.

In association with German auto giant Daimler, Foton has been producing large vehicles and Cummins for engines. This makes Foton pickups very powerful in diesel engines.

Interiors

This pickup has a Euro 4 standard engine and the interiors are very admirable. 

For protection, there are two airbags at the front, ABS, EBD, a ventilated disc at the front, and drum brakes at the rear.

Features like defogger, 2 speakers, U-shape rear bumper, parking sensor, AC are available on the left windscreen. 

Engine Specifications

The Tunland has a 2.8-liter capacity diesel engine. The engine will deliver maximum power of 113 Bhp and a maximum torque of 280 Nm. Linked to the 4 by 4 system, the pickup is being sold in more than 140 countries around the world. It has a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Dimensions

The cargo area has a total length of 1520 mm, a width of 1580 mm, and an overall height of 440 mm.

The full length of this pick truck is 5310 mm whereas the total width is 1740 mm and the height is 1720 mm. 

The wheelbase of this truck is 3105 mm. The ground clearance of Tunland is 210 mm.

This Tunland pickup can run at a maximum speed of 150 kilometers per hour. It has a carrying capacity of 1,000 kilograms.

 Its price is set to start at Rs 59,50,000.
