New Porsche Panamera Headline
The German production Porsche, which Volkswagen owned, has recently revealed the Porsche Panamera with the latest features along with its two new variants Turbo S and a hybrid variant.

The Turbo S variant Overview
The all-new Panamera Turbo S variant is powered by 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, the same as its previous model, the Panamera Turbo.
And now, it delivers maximum power of 630PS and 820Nm and maximum torque of 80PS and 50Nm, better than the Standard Turbo variant.
It is more powerful and fast, accelerating 0-100kmph within 3.1 seconds that is 0.7 sec faster than the Turbo.
- The top speed of the new Porsche Panamera Turbo S is 315 kmph.
One of the major highlights of this new car is its fastest executive sedan covering Nordschleife’s total circuits in 7 minutes and 29.81 seconds.
No doubt, this is one fastest sedans produced by the German company.
The Turbo S variation gets powerful anti-roll bars and enhanced suspension for a sportier drive.
Talking about the new Hybrid variant, the Porsche has introduced the new Panamera 4S E-Hybrid, powered by a 440PS 2.9-liter V6 engine and an electric motor 136PS.
This variant has an 8-speed auto gearbox, which generates maximum output rated at 560PS and 750Nm.
The Panamera hybrid is capable of running 0-100 kmph in 3.7 sec.
The top-speed of the Panamera Hybrid is 298 kmph.
The Panamera hybrid has an excellent all-electric driving range.
It has a 17.9 kWh battery pack, which is paired with the electrical engine.
Claimed by WLTP, the Panamera hybrid can cover the total mileage of 54 km on electrical power only.
Porsche Panamera: Design
As of now, the Panamera is available in 3 different designs: Estate, Saloon, and a long-wheelbase design.
The new Panamera has more oversized front air intakes, while tail lamps at the back are somewhat mended.
And along with three new additions, it also receives new 21 and 20-inch alloy wheels.
There is not much of a change inside the cabin.
Other than that, the infotainment system is now upgraded with enhanced online voice control, hazard info, road sign signals, and wireless Apple Car-Play.
Unfortunately, there is no option for smartphones mirroring for Andriod users.
They have to go through the same old Bluetooth connectivity.
Also, It has got a broad center console equipped with gloss-black touch-sensitive buttons.
The new Porsche Panamera facelift will be in 2021, in India.
Hence, talking about its price in India, it will cost a bit above Rs.15 crores.
Whereas the Turbo S variant’s cost Rs. 2 crores more than that of standard Panamera.
The Porsche Panamera will compete against The BMW 8 Series Gran Coupe, Maserati Quattroporte Trofeo, Audi RS7 Sportback, and the Mercedes-AMG GT63 S 4-door Coupe in the international markets.
Okinawa in India
Established in 2015, Okinawa is an Indian 2-wheelers production company, and they’ve been selling its seven different models in India.
In the recent news, Okinawa has unveiled a new electric scooter in the Indian market.
The company has priced the model R30 electric scooter at Rs 58,992.

- Battery Capacity: 1.25 kWh
- Mileage range: 60 kilometers (single full charge)
- Full Charge Timing: 4 to 5 hours
Battery Capacity and Performance
According to a statement issued by the company, it has a 1.25 kWh lithium-ion battery.
It said that the scooter would be auto-cut after it’s fully charged with the help of the micro charger.
Customers will get a 3-year warranty on the battery.
It can run up to 60 kilometers on a single full charge and take 4 to 5 hours to charge fully.
The company is going to bring ‘Oki 100′ motorcycle. This motorcycle will have a top speed of 100 kilometers.
Date of Launch
The company plans to launch its first electric motorcycle in the third quarter of 2020-2021.
The Okinawa could not come to Nepal for a long time due to COVID.
